UK ELECTION DAY

It's General Election day in the UK and what a great campaign it's been - from Gordon Brown insulting the OAP's, to Cameron claiming to have met a man who was in the navy from the age of 8, to Nick Clegg handling the TV cameras as if he had been trained by Obama. Then of course there was the UKIP man who hadn't read his own manifesto and of course those horrid BNP lot were shown up for what they truly are. And, most hilarious, this week a Labour MP said his own leader, Gordon Brown was the worse PM the UK has ever had. Won't get any argument from me on that one.

What was most telling - was all of the three candidates were surprised to see immigration as such an issue. The current Politically Correct climate makes it impossible to talk about immigration without being branded a bigot, as demonstrated with Gordon Brown's Bigotgate incident. Racism is ugly. It is also grossly stupid but all the same we do need to get a grip on all this uncontrolled immigration.

There is most definitely change in the air - my local polling station is packed and with young people too - in the past only one in four people bothered to vote.

Exciting times - will we wake up tomorrow to a new government. Whatever happens, the Archive will be back to normal and become a political free zone. But liberty and freedom are very important to me which is why I can't wait to see the end of this Draconian Labour government.

DEAR GORDON,
Can I have my country back, please?
